Pariplay

Pariplay is a Gibraltar-headquartered game developer and aggregation specialist founded in 2010. It is best known less for any single slot than for Fusion, one of the industry's largest content aggregation platforms, which bundles more than 14,000 games from over 120 third-party studios behind a single API alongside Pariplay's own in-house titles. Its studio output — slots such as Dragons of the North, Wolf Riches and Spirit of Mustang — leans toward polished, feature-driven themes, while the Ignite program brings smaller partner studios to market through its distribution. Pariplay was acquired by Aspire Global in 2019, folded into NeoGames in 2022, and since April 2024 has operated under Aristocrat Interactive following Aristocrat's roughly $1.2bn NeoGames takeover (not Light & Wonder, as sometimes reported). Its licensing footprint is broad — Gibraltar, the MGA and UKGC plus a long list of US and Canadian regulators — making it a common presence in regulated markets including New Jersey, Michigan and Ontario.
