Green Jade Games was a Malta-based studio founded in 2017 by Swedish industry veteran Jesper Karrbrink (former Mr Green CEO) and Ben McDonagh. It built skill-influenced arcade-slot hybrids alongside conventional slots, debuting with Hammer of Fortune in December 2017 and developing K.O. (Knock-Out) mechanics that let players affect outcomes. Its roughly 20-title portfolio reached MGA- and UKGC-regulated markets. The studio ceased trading in April 2023; RAW iGaming acquired its arcade games portfolio, and titles still appear at some casinos.
