Boldplay is a Gibraltar-based casino games studio founded in 2019 by CEO Valli Fragoso, with its first titles going live in September 2020. It develops HTML5 video slots plus scratch cards, video bingo, keno and table games — a portfolio of 80+ titles supplied to operators across Europe and Latin America, with licences and certifications spanning Gibraltar, the UK, Malta, Romania, Argentina, Peru and Michigan. In October 2024 the studio was acquired by Openbox Holdings, an Asia-focused iGaming content distributor.
